Every server runs on one of four plans. Here’s what changes between them — and what doesn’t.

Plan comparison

The last four rows don’t actually change between plans — they’re listed for completeness. Server persona, FAQ, mentions, and the ticket assistant all work identically on every plan, including Free. The only member-facing plan gate anywhere is personal persona, which needs Plus or higher.

What a credit is

A credit is Aiko’s unit of AI usage. Every grounded answer on the /aiko, @mention, and ticket-assistant paths draws from the monthly credit balance above. A FAQ match costs nothing, since it skips the AI entirely. Credits reset on the next 30 days.

Check the current plan

  • Run /user — the top line shows Plan: <tier> with credits used and remaining. Works for any member.
  • /settings → Usage — the credit total shown reflects the tier’s monthly allowance.

Change the plan

  • Visit our Kofi.
  • Run /settings → Plan → Link button → Enter your email to link your purchase email
  • Your plan should be instantly updated after payment, enjoy Aiko!
