# Our Plan 

> Subscription choices

Every server runs on one of four plans. Here's what changes between them — and what doesn't.

  The last four rows don't actually change between plans — they're listed for completeness. **Server persona**, **FAQ**, **mentions**, and the **ticket assistant** all work identically on every plan, including Free. The only member-facing plan gate anywhere is [personal persona](/personal-personality), which needs Plus or higher.

## What a credit is

A credit is Aiko's unit of AI usage. Every grounded answer on the `/aiko`, @mention, and ticket-assistant paths draws from the monthly credit balance above. A [FAQ](/service-settings#faq-settings) match costs nothing, since it skips the AI entirely. Credits reset on the **next 30 days**.

## Check the current plan

* Run `/user` — the top line shows `Plan: <tier>` with credits used and remaining. Works for any member.
* `/settings` → Usage — the credit total shown reflects the tier's monthly allowance.

## Change the plan

* Visit our [Kofi](http://ko-fi.com/aikobot/tiers).
* Run `/settings` → Plan → Link button → Enter your email to link your purchase email
* Your plan should be instantly updated after payment, enjoy Aiko!
